Turner LifeStyle Services provides lifestyle concierge, personal support, home management, and referral coordination services. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Service Booking & Minimums
All services require a minimum two (2) hour booking, unless otherwise stated. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit where applicable.
Rates & Payments
Hourly rates, package pricing, and service fees are clearly outlined at the time of booking. Payments are due prior to or at the start of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Additional time, travel, vendor costs, materials, or third-party services are billed separately.
Scope of Services
Turner LifeStyle Services provides coordination, administrative support, lifestyle assistance, and referral services. We do not perform licensed trade work, legal services, medical services, or financial advising. Any third-party services arranged on a client’s behalf are provided independently by those vendors.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to partial or full service charges.
Confidentiality
Client confidentiality is a core value of Turner LifeStyle Services. All client information, requests, and matters are handled with discretion and professionalism. Client information is never sold or shared with third parties except as required to complete requested services.
Referrals & Third-Party Providers
Referrals are provided as a convenience to clients. Turner LifeStyle Services is not responsible for the performance, actions, or outcomes of third-party providers. Clients engage vendors at their own discretion.
Liability
Turner LifeStyle Services is not liable for outcomes related to third-party services, delays beyond our control, or decisions made by clients based on referrals or recommendations.
Right to Decline Services
Turner LifeStyle Services reserves the right to decline or discontinue services at our discretion if a request falls outside our scope, conflicts with our values, or compromises safety, legality, or professionalism.
Updates to Terms
Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
